Yes, we require a 30% non-reimbursable deposit to begin work on your project. This secures your place in our production schedule and covers initial discovery and planning phases.

After your website is delivered, any modification is categorised as Minor, Medium, or Major depending on scope. Masterpiece and Premium Core include 3 free support corrections after delivery — once those are used, a change fee applies based on the tier. Foundations changes are handled at the Minor rate. We agree all fees upfront so there are no surprises later.

Our managed hosting covers everything you need to keep your site live, fast, and secure: SSL/HTTPS certificate, DDoS protection, automated daily backups, 99.9% uptime guarantee, performance monitoring, unlimited bandwidth, and email support. No surprise charges, no forced upgrades. You can cancel anytime — the site stops but you keep full ownership of the code we built for you.

Our Foundations plan delivers a first preview within 72 hours, with the final version ready 72 hours after feedback, and publication within one week. More complex projects (Masterpiece and Premium Core) follow a tailored timeline discussed during the discovery phase.

Domain registration is not included in our plans. However, we can advise you on the best domain options and assist with the setup process. This approach gives you full ownership and control of your domain.

Basic — 8 posts/month (2/week) on Facebook & Instagram, branded artwork, captions, scheduling, and stories from your content.

No — any website can have a Companion. Whether your site runs on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or was custom-built by someone else, we can integrate an AI Virtual Assistant into it. The widget installs via a single line of code. The only thing that matters is that your site can embed a script tag — which virtually every platform supports. You don’t need to move your hosting, change your platform, or rebuild anything. The assistant simply appears on your existing site, trained on your business, ready to talk to visitors. After sign-up, we run a structured onboarding session where you share everything we need: your services, pricing, policies, FAQs, team bios, opening hours, and how you want the assistant to sound. We then build a custom knowledge base and persona — your assistant gets a name, a voice, and a character that fits your brand. Before going live, you review and approve a full conversation test. On Companion Pro and Elite plans, the knowledge base is updated any time your business changes — new service, new pricing, seasonal hours — with updates applied within 48 hours. Elite clients also get a monthly review call to keep the assistant aligned with business evolution.
